Delivery

Charges for delivery are based on weight, which is automatically calculated when you use the checkout. All items are sent by recorded delivery as standard or you may upgrade to next day or before10am service.

Typical rates are as follows but are only shown as a guide as weights do vary.

Lightweight items such as alarm clocks and small wall clocks 99p – £1.95

Medium items such as large alarm clocks and mid sized wall clocks £2.50 - £2.95

Large items, big wall clocks generally will cost £3.95

All delivers are by Recorded Royal Mail or Parcel Force for heavy items. These guide prices are for UK only; we can deliver worldwide, please email or call for a price.

Please note we do carry large quantities of stock but any orders that are out of stock will usually take between 5 and 10 working days depending on the items availability from our suppliers.

We will not charge your credit card until we dispatch your goods to you.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
